Archival and Special Collections Training
Since October 2019, I have been the Archivist for the Maryland Province Archives at the Booth Family Center for Special Collections at Georgetown University. You can read about my appointment and my work at Georgetown here. I have training in book history, preservation, special collections management, and archival processing. In 2012, I received my MLS with archives concentration from the University of Maryland's iSchool. I have also attended Rare Book School, the American Antiquarian Society's Summer Seminar in the History of the Book, and the Digital Humanities Summer Institute at the University of Victoria. I have experience in special collections and archival reference, scholarly publishing, digitization, processing, and encoding.
